Friday Only
Hand braided, golden, and soft inside, with a sesame top. Baked Friday morning and picked up the same day, still warm if you time it right. It is the one thing I bake that sells out before the cookies do.

No payment is taken on this site. You build your order, send it to me, I confirm it, and prepayment by Zelle or Square is required before baking to secure your order.
Add cookies, minis, platters, challah or fresh bread from the menu. Everything is baked to order, so quantities are flexible.
Cookies and fresh bread need at least 24 hours notice, and bread can be picked up any open day. Challah is Fridays only, ordered by Wednesday 11:59 PM. The picker only offers days that work.

I'm Sagit, an Israeli home baker in Delray Beach, Florida, and the founder of Sagit's Bakery. Everything here is baked from scratch in my home kitchen, in small batches and always to order, never mass produced.
Baking is how I share a little of home: cookies loaded the way my family likes them, challah braided fresh every Friday, and recipes I developed in my own kitchen, many of them now collected in my cookbook, The Recipes Everyone Asks Me For.
I'm a Florida Certified Food Handler, and I trained in advanced viennoiserie and pastry techniques, so the classics and the fancy stuff both get the same obsession with getting it right.
